I need some help removing a virus from my computer.  I keep getting the malicious url blocked message for the following objects:

Colexity777
espeak911
37.220.36.44

I do not know anything about how to remove this crap from my computer.  I keep reading similar posts and most of them request that the user attach a report from TDSKiller.  I have done so in this thread.  I am rebooting my computer in one minute as requested by TDS, any suggestions?
