Infected with 80000032.@ and 80000064.@

Hello!
So, I've been having this problem for a couple of weeks now, had no idea what to do. Every 5 minutes or so, the Avast! virus detection pop ups appear. I have quite a few of them in my virus chest, starting but not ending with 00000008.@, 80000032.@ and 80000064.@

I've attached the TDSSKiller log.
I didnt see a comboFix log so I couldnt attach that.

seems you may have a zero access rootkit


follow this guide and attach the logs.....not copy and paste.  http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

Malwarebytes
OTL
aswMBR

if you have run combofix the log should be at C:\combofix

It was unable to cure services, so I will need to find a replacement with OTL and use that
