Forgot my android mobile anti theft password

i installed avast mobile security on my phone and i also set up the anti theft feature. i accidentally triggered the anti theft by putting in a different sim and now when i put in my trusted sim i am being asked for a password. but i have forgotten my password. what do i do cus now i cannot access my phone. thanks. i also did not pair up my phone account with the online account so i cannot access the phone via the web portal.
