Step by Step Advanced Installation mode on Sgs3 with CM10

As I'm kinda still kinda amateur, can you explain me step by step how to configure and install the Root Installation of anti theft.
In the beginning it asks my root installation method ( I have CWM, and custom rom of Cyanogenmod 10) what should i choose? Direct Write Method or Recovery Image Method, It also has the modify Custom backup list,  it should be ticked?
Afterwards when the zip is ready, i reboot into recovery and just install zip from sdcard, or do i have to wipe Data, cache or dalvik?

Hi, usually Direct Write should work (except if you have HTC phones like Desire HD/HD2). Its also good to modify custom backup list because then Anti-Theft will survive flashing of new Cyanogenmod ROMs. If you use Direct Write, everything will work out of the box, no need to go to recovery and install a ZIP file.
