Please note as you read this post that i just plain don't have the time to dedicated to reading endless posts to search if this was an issue dealt with in the past, i don't have the time at all so im relying on you guys to povide me with good info in your replies, i am a new customer to avast and i purchased a licence for 3 years after installing a few days afterwards i tried to install some programs that i downloaded from the web, 1 the file never winds up where i select it to go and second if i execute it from the browser and install it doesn't install, my browser of choice is chrome, i am hoping an easy solution is at hand for this, im new to the sandbox and im not sure to the extent it protects the system but i have my suspicion its whats causing my problems, although ive gone and tried advanced settings the issue remains the same so i hesitate to install it in my other systems till i know why this is happening.
