No don't use anything except Avast and Malwarebytes...should I run CrapCleaner too?

No it was malwarebytes that caused OTL to lock up, sometimes MBAM refuses to shutdown but rather than passing the command on it holds it causing the system to lock

But yes update and run Malwarebytes, it should come up clean
