One of them being from Alcatel-Lucent (my Dad's Former Employer, who he has NOT worked for them since 2001 but still receives E-mail Newsletters from them and still receives Dental Insurance from them as well which requires him to Log Into their Secure Website during Open-Enrollment Season). Their were a few other weird Entry's there as well. My Dad did tell me that something is indeed slowing the Machine down pretty good during System Startup, but he is NOT sure exactly what it is.

The Machine is a Dell XPS 630I with Upgraded RAM to the 4GB Maximum, Originally came with Dell OEM 32 Bit Windows XP Service Pack 2, But now has 64 Bit Microsoft Windows 7 Service Pack 1 on it (which was Upgraded as a Clean Install using my Windows 7 Service Pack 1 .ISO Media from my Microsoft Tech Net Subscription but using their Windows 7 Service Pack 0 Upgrade Edition Product Key), NVIDIA NForrce  630 SLI Mother Board, NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT Graphics Card (only one of them), Creative Sound Blaster X-FI Extreme Music Sound Card (Put in by Myself) Original Sound Card was Integrated Realtek High Definition Audio Sound Card (still in the System with Device Driver Installed but they no longer use it).

if you want a specialist to take a look at your dad's system, follow this guide:

http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

and open a new topic here: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=4.0

and attach ( Do not copy/paste ) logs for AdwCleaner, Malwarebytes', OTL, and aswMBR.exe.

Due to Time Zones may take a while to get an answer.

OK, thanks, by the way I forgot to mention they did have the Java Virus on their system a month ago and as far as they know they thought they did get the system cleaned by using MBAM PRO Edition to clean the system, but I am starting to wonder if their system is really 100% clean or NOT. I recommended that they Clean Install their system but they said NO that they have too many important files and documents on their system and that a Clean Install was out of the question.
