Can't do anything to infected files?
« on: March 13, 2013, 08:13:15 AM »
I scanned my computer today and two infected files came up. It says "Threat:Rootkit:hidden file" under "Status", but when I try to move them to the virus chest, I get an error message that says that the "request is not supported (50)". When I try to delete them, I get a message saying "the system could not find the file specified (2)". And this happens for both of them. What am I supposed to do?

It told me to do a boot-time scan and I did and nothing came up. I scanned it again and didn't find anything. Odd. Thanks for the advice!
