Yesterday I was fortunate to have the assistance of magna86 in the thread "request help in cleaning malware-gen", who was guiding me through steps necessary to be rid of the infection, but late in the day he apparently (understandably) had to attend to other things and the work was not completed. It appears that magna86 is not available today, though, and I was hoping that someone else might be able to advise me what I need to do from here. I am certainly no expert, but looking at the last log file makes me think that the work is not yet complete.
Any additional help would be much appreciated.
