I have not received them .. My email was in the PM did you send them there ?

What problems are you experiencing ?

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

  • Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Select both shortcut  and additions at the bottom
  • Press Scan button.

  • It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
  • Please attach all 3 logs generated.

The problem is that the log is in one long stream of characters...  However, I was able to make out a firefox problem

@ TomGarn once you have attached the FRST log please run the following programme

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.
  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on Scan.
  • After the scan is complete click on "Clean"
  • Confirm each time with Ok.
  • Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
  • Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer.
  • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

Hi Thanks to all !
Communication was not easy ...

And I wasn't able to come back to the web anymore
so I reinstalled Windows 7 once again ...
Today I opended my Mail - and received at least 15 Virus-Mails ...
That's quite heavy !

Your mail has obviously been harvested.  How is the computer after the re-install

all fine now, thank you ...

Virus Mails must be put in the bad basket again - after windows
reinstallment they all were visible again ...

And I found that Zone Alarm must be delt with more care
I had put identity security on maximimum - that killed web-access

It might be worth changing your e-mail and letting the old one die
