unable to access moodle url

HI

I'm using avast free in my laptop and I have an issue with it.
When trying to access  http://moodle.iescendrassos.net/ the url is blocked
I tried to add this url to the exclussions list, but i didn't work.
Does anybody knows how to override this issue??

website is hosted at afraid.org ..... evrything hosted at afraid is blocked

they also use outdated server software  http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/moodle.iescendrassos.net/
