disabling email checking

hi,

i have avast free antivirus and one question is still bothering me.
how can i disable email checking by avast? i think ive tried everything....

In v2015...GUI>Settings>Active Protection>Mail Shield>click and choose.

or is it just the inserted note (as your picture indicate)  you want to remove?
