Incorrect Membership expiration
« on: December 21, 2014, 10:04:08 PM »
In June 2013 I made a mistake and ended up with 3 years protection. Then my computer crashed and I had to get a new one. Now AVAST is telling me my membership is expired but I should still have 18 months left on it. All my info was on the old computer that crashed and I didn't have a backup. I have no idea how to contact anyone to fix this. Does anyone have any ideas on how to rectify this situation? Thanks for your help.

Have you tried to recover/save your existing license ?

If not try the Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.
