Invoice link dead

When I click invoice link in the purchase confirmation mail the
website says:

We are sorry, an unexpected error occurred processing your request. Please try again.

---
Please fix it.

It could help if you provide more details.
Is it for NexWay or Digitial River?
What avast product?
What is the order number?
etc.

I also recommend to submit a ticket and mentioning the ticket number here in your next post.
