Suspected Virus Blocking Internet Need Help ASAP

hello ive already posted a similar post on the windows forums they havent helped at all i have tried all other online things but my internet on this computer only (all other devices work perfectly) is stuck on limited

i even resorted to restoring and reinstalling windows but couldn't due to this laptop needing the disc and this computer never came with one

my last thought is that it's some sort of trojan malware or spyware

yesterday all applications worked today the internet is working but only for google chrome itself
any links i click dont work though

the error i got yesterday and today when i click links are

"DNS_PROBE_STARTED_NO_INTERNET"
and later got
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET"

Update: I have Avast Premier 2015 and i do full system scans regularly

i have no way of getting that software on the computer though

Suggest you install MCShield on both the system you download the required programs and the one that is infected:  http://www.mcshield.net/

Then download and transfer over using an usb flash drive.  Copy resulting logs onto flash drive and attach them in your next reply using the good machine.

i did eventually figure out the problem i had installed it and ran malware bytes it came up empty i searched around for alternate causes and found out a setting was tinkered with i fixed it and the internet is back up

update nevermind it just happens less often but still randomly i restart my computer and it temporarily fixes it
still get the dns probe error though any help

Suggest you follow Pondus' advice and attach the three logs.  Use MCShield to prevent usb flash drive infections between your two systems as you transfer the programs and logs back and forth (if need be).

A malware removal expert will be contacted for you once you attach the logs.
