Web Browser Plugins Problems

I have been using Avast since a long time, recently I noticed that 3 plugins that I have in Chrome and IE have low reputation.

RSVideo Control - Lorex plugin for Surveillance System
Synology Surveillance Plugin Helper
Synology Surveillance Web Plugin

I just want to know why they have bad or low reputation.

Probably has low reputation due to the very low or limited amount of people who use it
