Security issue please help

Hi so basically yesterday I was looking through my firewall block list and found a weird up it
Blocked. The domain was pacific.census.shodan.io

I meant to google it so I put it in my google chrome bar and pressed enter. After that the Normal slow
Loading icon started (it was loading really slowly) and I freaked out. I closed it immediately and ran scans. Currently I have avast primier (trial version though) and malware bytes and nothing came up. Should I be worried about my network system?

Yes I checked that out but I mean the link or domain or whatever I accidentally pressed enter on. Is that safe
