Keyip.dll et st3.dll

Hello, avast tells me it founded 2 troyans C/WINDOWS\system32\ras\keyip.dll and C/WINDOWS\system32\st3.dll. I tried to delete them (using killbox after using regclean) but the message always appears with Avast ! and the only tong I can do is "do nothing" ("ne rien faire" in the french version). Please help me !!

hi and welcome,
 have you tried moving them with a boot scan ? It can be accessed through opening/starting Avast then settings then schedule boot scan. It is more likely that Avast! will be able to move or delete on a boot scan

Do a boot time scan as Cloussau suggests, and also a scan with Ewido and a-Squared anti-Trojan programs:

I've seen mention of st3.dll being part of Look2Me. You could try these removal tools:
