There is little value in posting this in the forums, avast can't do anything with a VT URL, you need to send the sample to avast for analysis.

VT should send samples to AVs not detecting it, but that could take time. Not to mention even with the number of detections, most of them appear to have a single common malware name. This is indicative of the use of one virus database/engine from another AV, possibly Bitdefender in this case.
