Well, let's say they are some good willing amateurs who have hardly a clue about things related to security.

PUP detection disabled and then saying avast missed a PUP.
Not putting fuel in a car and then saying the car refuses to start...

Mixing up Java and JavaScript which are two entirely different things.

And....
Ah well, guess my point is clear enough...
