Thanks - would prefer replies actually done by AVAST - thank you, and yes found the auto-cancel, there is a account number as that is what I am asked for by a reseller to get my licenses transferred, a subscription ID is on the manage subscriptions page.
Which is not available when you loginto your portal, i get the reasons why but it's bad form to not allow access to everything a customer would need in one place.
