Are you nuts?
avast is about protection, not about getting systms infected.

Besides that, there is no need to have/know a infected site to test.
That is why the EICAR test file is for.
Google > eicar test

I used a lot of paid antivirus software in android and I have encountered this situation a lot. For example E...T Mobile Security blocks infected pages in Chrome but doesnt block in stock android browser although both support ok
