Could someone find out what WLIDSVC.EXE is?

I have honest to god no clue what WLIDSVC.EXE is but it looks like it doesn't belong on my resource monitor. Is it a virus, spyware, unwanted file or some kind of worm?

you can check suspicious file(s) here  www.virustotal.com  /  www.metadefender.com  /  www.jotti.org

If scanned before, always click rescan for a fresh result

On VirusTotal you find some tabs that will give you lots of extra info after a scan
Like who made the file / file version / digitally signed / how old, fist seen by VT   and much more

thanks, I was searching myself and a few sites said it was a virus a couple said it wasn't didn't know which to believe
