Why is this popping up when I start the system ???

Sometimes a simple reboot fixes such issues/glitches. ;)

This happened on 2 different systems. 64 bit and 32 bit. Both had been restarted
numerous times with the UI opening each time at boot.
This morning, on the 64 bit system, the Avast UI didn't open. I haven't access the other system today. :)
