With my previous carrier, when I needed help, I was directed to a call center where I could not understand the broken English. If you can't give me tech support that I can understand then I don't have any desire to continue with the service. I immediately switched to XXXXXXX which has a store less than 3 miles from me and they speak the type of English I can understand. This is now a requirement for me. Another requirement is that service has to be reliable where I live and at the lake where I hang out at during the summer. XXXXXXX meets all of these requirements.
