I cancelled my subscription a week ago but i didn't get back my money. Order #20252021962. Please tell me how much i will wait for my payment.

Canceling the subscription is not the same as asking for a refund.

I had an email on 3rd December 2016 saying my refund of £14.99 was being processed.
Have just checked my bank account (15th December). No sign of any refund :-*
