Error: The system cannot find the file specified (2)

Hi,
I ran a smart scan on my computer which came up with nothing, but i usually run a full scan every now and then, and i received the following message.
C:\Users\MyName\Downloads\iLividSetup-r267-n-bc.exe
The severity is High and the Status reads: Threat:Other:Malware-gen [Trj]
I have a couple of low severity saying something about Win32 also.
I cannot move to chest or delete, i just get the message in the subject whenever I do.
I dont really know much about computers or viruses, so any help would very much appreciated!!

I have attached the files you requested to this post.
If it is of note, Malwarebytes did not find the files that avast did. :/

This usually mean that the file is no longer there, and if you reboot and scan again the message is usually gone

I have restarted my computer and and initiated a new scan, but now I cannot access any website from Google Chrome. It claims my connection is not private. Do you think this is to do with what I posted above?
