Immediately after updating the latest version of your free software when prompted, I was disconnected from the internet. After many re-boots of the computer and router, i called avast. After hours with Tech support they did not help. I suggested, maybe I should uninstall the software, the tech said sure. I did. Still no luck. He told me to call Dell cause apparently it crashed my wireless adapter. Not only is my wireless adapter messed up, but i cannot even plug in directly to my router. My network proxy cannot be found. I now have several other issues. Cannot even back up my computer. This all happened after I updated Your Software. I cannot afford to pay some one to fix this, You guys should be getting my computer fixed since it was your software that caused the problem. I have been dealing with this ALL DAY to no avail. PLEASE HELP!
