I posted previously about the 99% scan cancel problem, and was told in an e-mail it was being worked on. Then a 2nd recent update became available - 17.3.2291 (build 17.3.3443.0), but the most 3-30-17 update didn't solve the problem of my Full System Scan being canceled at 99% - HOWEVER, when checking Scan History, the scan is shown as having been completed.
