http://localhost:9100/proxy.PAC into the web address ,nothing shows up.i searched a few web sites about it and i don't know if it's the Google Web Accelerator that add the automatic script into there but one forum (
http://forums.tomcoyote.org/index.php?showtopic=39090) says use hijackthis and remove the value:
* R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,AutoConfigURL =
http://localhost:9100/proxy.PACit doesn't show up in the select section in the hijackthis box.
