Recently I've been trying to work with the WSL (Windows subsystem for Linux) again and got interrupted repeatedly by Avast claiming that it detected suspicious activity in these processes (sudo and others). The big issue is that even when choosing to ignore the issue, the process doesn't seem to be able to continue its work - bash becomes completely unresponsive and the only way to fix it is to reboot the computer.
