Avast Internet security blocks Citrix VPN. I Can not remote to work network.

I can no longer connect remotely to my companies network.  Citrix is the tool we use. I called my companies help desk. They were able to disable Avast internet security then I could connect.  Can you help figure this out?

Your companies help desk sucks.

Al that needs to be done is setting up the correct rules (and if needed exclusions).
