Can't Register Avast Free Antivirus - Online Content Unavailable

I had problems with my Avast Free Antivirus registration having elapsed and being unable renew it, so I uninstalled the program and reinstalled.

Now I can't register the new installation, due to the same reason: "Online content is unavailable." Screenshots attached.

That same problem has been occurring for years now, but previously I had bypassed it via offline registration. But that option is apparently no longer available. How can I register Antivirus now, when it's built in registration feature remains broken?

This is version 18.2.2328 on Windows 8.1 64-bit.

what Avast version do you have? it looks like some old one..
but don't worry you don't need to register, the program will autoregister after some time

thanks, could you please try to ping ipm-provider.ff.avast.com AND program.avast.com? do you have any firewall? what DNS servers do you use?
