I've become pretty sure my computer is infected. I'm writing this in safe mode. My computer wont boot up in normal windows (xp). As soon as it finishes loading windows xp and where it should go to the welcome screen, it flashes a blue screen for a split second with about 10 lines of white text scrolling down then restarts the comp. I did a full thurough scan with avast home edition while in safe mode (took 6 hours
) with updated avast virus database and it caught nothing.
If anyone has any ideas what I might be able to do I'd very greatly appreciate it.
