I use software called Scrivener, a tool for writers. Lately it will not load. When I try to open it, it ends up in background processes and won't actually open. The people at Scrivener had me try several things, none of which worked, and they suggested I contact you, as they've had a number of users have trouble with Scrivener and Avast. I hope you can help me.
