If DM isn't supported would the optin process not work Tech.
Isn't it the contrary? I mean, the otpin method is to make something to work with WebShield...  ::) ???

Sorry I thought that was what we were asking how to get DM to work with web shield.

Lukas also mentioned earlier in the thread if it were possible to set web shields proxy details in the DM application, this would force traffic through it for DM, but it doesn't appear that mike_r has done that.
