This is a rant!
« on: May 28, 2019, 07:24:37 AM »
Hello, Avast, I don't do rant's usually, but in special cases. Now you won one!

So...

Stop considering your users idiots! Don't apply your rules, especially without any notification, disregarding the impact to your users!
It is the second time an update makes the RDP connection unusable!
I had to make new rules in a new UI under pressure in order to be able to do my regular business, despite it should have work as I have set it too many times already!
Imagine there are times when some could not spend a day to fix your patronizing attitude and times where access to that computer is not possible for obvious reasons!

Don't apology, I don't need that, I don't accept that!

Regards.

So?
Right now it happens again! And I can't go to the location to restart manually until tomorrow! This is unbelievable!
Avast, you should test on your own, not make us testers! You ruin my business!
And would probably have been better if I had the VPN as when I have purchased Avast the first time and I could have accessed the machine through it! But no, you removed it!
