What will Avast do about the illegal order of the judge alexandre de morais that fines anyone whom uses VPN to access the X social media?

The short answer (also being an avast user, not employee) is I think there is probably nothing they can do.  It would be somewhat hard to take a government to court, as they surely would have to be complicit with the Judge for him to make this 'using a VPN to connect to X' illegal.

China, I believe blocks all VPNs, or tries to in an attempt to avoid censorship, etc.  Then again there is also Russia.

I don't know how they would go about detecting anyone who used a 'VPN' to connect to X.com.  That would probably also need collusion from your ISP.
