I would say the problem lies with IncrediMail, MW pro is independent of IncrediMail, as is avast!
I would delete the entry for IncrediMail in Zone Alarm and let it ask permission again. If ZA were blocking, it would only block sending or receiving mail, it wouldn't stop you opening IncrediMail.
So it may be easier/quicker to save/backup your emails and reinstall, than wait for a response from incredimail.
