It gave me an error when I tried to mail it to ALWIL, so I just stopped caring and deleted all infected files. All system files are still there, not gonna lay a finger on those. Thanks again, I'll come back to you guys if I ever need help again!

For the future, I think the last time I sent from the chest, I ticked the box beside imap.

I've PM'd Maxx_original.  Its being handled ....

The default option for emailing samples from the chest is IMAP and you should leave it that way, any time I have tried changing to SMTP the email failed.

On contrary, I use SMTP better than IMAP (I don't have an IMAP profile).
If you fill the SMTP settings correctly, it should work like a charm

It doesn't, I have always had the SMTP details completed and it has 'never' worked for me.

However, having just checked the default Protocol to send email from the chest is MAPI and not IMAP (I blindly followed oldman's earlier post, I should have checked) as previously stated.

You're right "mapi" not "imap". got my fingers tangled.

I've never had any success using smtp either. I can't remember the error.

My fault. I've tested right now. Only smtp works for me...
