It depends on your license. If it's only for one device, then you can only use it on one device.
You can always use the free version. :)

You have an Avast Premium Security Multi-Device subscription. You can thus also use Avast Mobile Security Premium on your phone (Android; iOS), without having to pay (it is already included in your subscription).
