Renewed Subscription - Passwords disappeared

I successfully renewed my Premium Security, Cleanup, and VPN subscriptions.  However I am no longer able to access my passwords.  I believe this happened the last time I renewed but I cannot remember how it was fixed.  Does anybody know? :)
