Je souhaite le remboursement d'un abonnement automatique non souhaité mais je n'ai plus de carte VISA, est ce qu'un virement à ma banque grace à un RIB serait possible ?

I want the refund of an unwanted automatic subscription but I no longer have a VISA card, would a transfer to my bank thanks to a RIB be possible?
