VPN Change Location - Not available on my Avast VPN GUI as advertised - ???

I wish to change my VPN location but there is no "change location" button on my Avast Secureline VPN GUI. 

Anyone got a clue for me please?

Double click on your VPN app OR open your Avast Antivirus and go to Privacy > SecureLine VPN. Click on Change location and choose the one you want."
