Avast Secure Browser do not open

I have test what you asked me. No log file generated in user data
Atachment and reports are both empty directories
I think something else is preventing avast browser to start

Hello,
I have tried what you suggest me, as running avast secure browser in command line with log generation
But i don't retreive any log file in my app data directory
I think avast secure browser is blocked by something before starting but i don't know where is the problem.
I have looked for a file named c:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\AVAST Software\Browser\User Data\safer_debug.log
and then :
c:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\AVAST Software\Browser\User Data\*.log
but nothing at all

I found the following on my system:
"C:\ProgramData\Avast Software\Avast\log\szb.log"
Don't know if that's the log Jiří is looking for.
I used the everything App to do the search. https://www.voidtools.com/

thank's a lot for both the 2 responses i have got,

I do not have a "avast cleanup" but i have already uninstall and reinstall avast web browser many times, with administrator privileges.
But the browser doesn't want to open anymore.

same here, this started happenning yesterday!!  i am a pc programmer, and technician. i even reintalled windows !!  the browser installs, and then open it and don`t even appear and closes and other programs detect this issue.

surely they put some actualization that broke it.

i am so mad at this i lost pre opneded tabs i was investigating and lots of bookmarks and history, also lots of tab groups . etc

is not wrking. i even tried beta versions, older version etc. nothing works and i keep finding people on internet saying avast at a a whole is malware. i am so angry

Save your Bookmarks via the Book Marks Manager if you have custom bookmarks so you can import them when you re-install.

are you d*mb ?   when AVAST secure browser doesnt open at all how you can enter avast secure browser to save your bookmarks?

Obviously you didn't read the instructions or you would have seen that this remark was directed at those uninstalling the Secure Browser.
What applied to you was the total removal tool:

Quite often if the programs wasn't totally removed, it interferes with a new installation.
To answer your question, NO, I'm not dumb but if you'd prefer, I'll stop trying to help you solve the problem.

if the OP can´t even open the avast browser how  he can do this??  LMAO

Right now I have no new steps for your. We are trying to reproduce the issue, researching possible reasons and solution for this problem.
