Since you don't give screenshots of the issues (we can't see what you see) so it is really hard to help.
I have submitted possible FPs previously and I can't recall it require the unique code (that is given in the Avast Alert), so that information they seek is/was available.

If you put the IP address into something like https://www.ipaddress.com/ it pulls up related information including the domain name.

The fact that a site is valid and you have used for years doesn't protect it from attack.  Since that is a valid URL there is nothing to stop you reporting that.

I don't work for Avast and I'm simply trying to help other Avast users, so at this point I will bow out.
