slow or impossible opening of sites with realsite enabled

since this morning I've had trouble opening all the websites, some open after about ten seconds, others don't open at all (firefox and edge).
If I deactivate real site, I no longer have the problem.
This happens with my W10 device but not with W7.
I'm not sure what's wrong

It seems ok now, I don't know if there's been a VPS update or if it's due to the reset of my network card.
I also noticed that real site was blocking (yesterday) access to my router interface (192.168.1.1) with firefox, edge or ASB.
Now, with real site activated, I can use avast's secure dns (datacamp limited).
edit:On the other hand, Thunderbird was not affected by the real site problem yesterday (I could send and receive without any problem)

Without real site activated I had no problem with the various other DNS (Quad,OpenVPN,Cloudflare,google,....) configured in my network card settings.

Could you please help us with the investigation by providing some data?

Please enable debug logging (Menu > Settings > General > Troubleshooting > Enable debug logging)
Reproduce the issue (try to connect to your router interface).

Create a support package (https://support.avast.com/en-eu/article/Submit-support-file) and post the ID here.
