I am running Maven builds on Windows 10 Professional that goes out to services.nvd.nist.gov to check for vulnerabilities. This evening the build failed, with a SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate issue.
This same build and access works on CentOS 6, CentOS 7, CentOS 8, and Ubuntu 22.04.
When I turn off Avast! the build works, and I can download / update my local NVD / CVE vulnerabilities databases.
