No subscription, still trying to charge

Hi! Sorry if this is the wrong category for this.

I signed up for a free trial of one of Avast's services, and the trial was connected to a year-long payment plan. I went to cancel it around the end of the trial period, and it glitched out. It said there was no subscription to cancel after a couple of tries, so I let it go.

Now, a couple weeks later, I am getting declined transaction emails from this stupid company about my subscription that I cancelled. And when I go to remove my payment method, it's not there.

The fuck?

I've tried all of the redirects. I can't even contact support directly, it sends me into an infinite log-in loop.
