if i buy a new machine how do i transfer avast?

Just download a new installation file, then type in the key from your previous installation of avast! or request a new key by email.

If that new computer comes pre-loaded with any other Antivirus program,
it first needs to be totally removed.
If you need help, just let us know which AV is installed and we'll point you in the
right direction to remove it and get avast! installed.
